Join us at the farm for a three hour hands on instruction for starter feeding, mixing, proofing, shaping, scoring, and baking.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

Option 1: Bring Your Own Equipment $95

  • Bring a mixing bowl and tea towel to class.

  • At home, you will need bread flour, a food scale, a bread lame, and a dutch oven.

Option 2: Just Bring Yourself $145

Provided in your kit to take home:

  • Food scale

  • Danish dough whisk

  • Wooden starter spurtle

  • Banneton

  • Bread lame, case, and replacement blades

  • Bench scraper

  • Bread sling

At home you will need a dutch oven and bread flour.
