Can’t make it to an in person class? Do not fret! Everything you could need to know to make your best loaf is included in the sourdough starter kit:

• Five grams dehydrated starter and instructions on how to rehydrate it

• An 8.5x11 print out of the sourdough method

• A 5x7 print out of starter care instructions

At home you will need:

• A jar to house your starter. Any jar will do, but a straight walled jar is easiest to clean!

• A mixing bowl and tea towel

• A bread lame or simple razor blade

• A dutch oven or large baking dish with a lid can can withstand temps of 500 degrees F
