Our pasture-raised Duroc and Berkshire crossed pigs rotate through pastures we have strategically planted for them to forage and root, yielding a nutritiously dense and diverse diet of plants, insects, fruit, and nuts in addition to their Non-GMO feed. They eat apples by the bucketful from our apple trees, along with fresh produce and tree nuts such as chestnuts and acorns. Our pasture-raised pork is raised without GMOs, antibiotics, hormones, and medications.

Compared to conventionally raised pork, pasture-raised pork has:

• 8% higher protein

• Two times as much Vitamin E

• 60% lower omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids ratio

• 2.4 times more omega-3 fats

• 1.3 times higher polyunsaturated to saturated fats ratio

Please select whether you would like a number of packages or a number of pounds for your order. The following states how many cuts are in each package: 4 bratwurst/Italian sausage links (varies 1.5-2 lb.) and 2 pork chops (varies 1.5-2 lb.). Roasts vary from 2-4 lb. and Boston butt roasts can be up to 8-10 lb. Bacon, breakfast sausage links, and all bulk sausage and ground pork packages are typically about 1 lb. If pounds are selected, we will do our best to fulfill the order as closely as possible to the number chosen. The remaining payment due for the exact weight of the purchase will be collected at the time of pick-up.
